A double glazing unit ensures good thermal insulation, while the skylight as a whole offers a high level of tightness thanks to the pre-installed collar. A pre-installed foam gasket (which can be cut or removed) ensures a precise seal for the skylight in the roofing material.

The K300 model features a factory-fitted safety device (a so-called opening restrictor) to prevent the open skylight sash from accidentally slamming shut.

Simple installation, convenient operation

FE K300 skylights come with a chrome steel handle which allows you to ventilate your space using two different open positions – upwards or sideways. FE K300 skylights open upwards as standard, with the option of changing the hinges to open sideways. 

Installation is very simple and each package comes with intuitive step-by-step instructions, making the process manageable even for those with little experience. FE K300 skylights can be installed in most common roofing types with roof pitches between 15° and 60°. The outer grey colour of the skylight cladding combines well with most common roofing materials.
