Two panes – many benefits

The SOLID PVC LAMINATED roof window comes with a double glazing unit. The outer pane is toughened, giving it an increased level of resistance to breakage. The inner pane is laminated, which means that it will not fall into the room even in the event of breakage. The panes are also coated with low-emission coatings to reflect heat. This works in two directions – in winter it is harder for heat to escape, while in summer it is harder for it to enter. This glazing unit in combination with the window’s standard-width frame construction ensure that the window achieves good thermal insulation parameters of Uw – 1.3 W/m²K.
