Universal installation flashing for RoofLITE+ windows

An installation flashing is an indispensable part of a proper roof window installation. It guarantees full tightness of seal between window and roof, and ensures that the window is installed in the roof in an aesthetically pleasing way. As a universal solution, the UFX model is suitable for window installation in conjunction with the majority of roofing materials available on the market with a profile height of between 16 and 120 mm.

Well thought-out, durable design

The UFX installation flashing is a perfect fit for all RoofLITE+ windows. It has a tight-fitting bottom part which ensures full water tightness. The aluminium used to manufacture the flashing is fully corrosion-resistant and has been tested to ensure that its performance parameters remain constant over long-term use. The full flashing is painted in grey (RAL 7043), which is the same colour as the outside finish of your roof window, further enhancing the aesthetics of your installation.

It is also important to note that use of the original flashing is essential in order to take advantage of our ten-year roof window guarantee.
