Flashing required for installing RoofLITE+ roof windows in conjunction with corrugated roofing materials

An installation flashing is an important part of the roof window installation process. A proper quality flashing ensures that the window will not leak and will retain its functionality over many years. We therefore recommend that you purchase a dedicated RoofLITE+ installation flashing when selecting a roof window. The RoofLITE+ flashing range includes flashings for most common roofing materials, as well as universal flashings that can be applied to any roofing material.

The TFX installation flashing is ideally suited for installing windows in conjunction with corrugated roofing materials with a profile height of between 16 and 50 mm, including slate, metal roofing tiles, and trapezoidal sheets.

The RoofLITE+ TFX installation flashing is manufactured from aluminium that is resistant to corrosion and harsh weather conditions. It is finished in grey (RAL 7043), which is compatible with the colour of the exterior cladding of RoofLITE+ roof windows. In the flashing package you will find the protective components you need for installing your roof window. 

It is also important to note that use of the original flashing is essential in order to take advantage of our ten-year roof window guarantee.
